he SP ConnectTM MOTO BUNDLE lets you mount your smartphone to your motorbike in seconds.

Fasten the MOTO MOUNT PRO to the handlebars of your motorcycle and you are ready to mount the SP ConnectTM PHONE CASE(or UNIVERSAL INTERFACE) by placing it on the mount and turning it 90┬░ clockwise. To further protect your smartphone the mount also has a unique vibration dampening system that cuts G-forces by up to 40% (depending on bike & phone model).

Your mobile phone is securely positioned right in the center of your vision, allowing you to navigate, access your playlists, read messages. Use the WEATHER COVER to protect your phone from rain and dirt as well as to provide additional shock resistance if necessary.

Note: Thick screen protectors or gloves can limit the usability of your touchscreen in combination with the Weather Cover. The Weather Cover can further affect the homebutton functionality of iPhone 8, 8 Plus, 7 & 7 Plus. This can be compensated by enabling the software homebutton (Assistive Touch).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Returns

If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong! Goods that are defective or damaged will have be reported to Big Bike Book within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging. There should already be a DHL returns slip in with your order, However, If there isn't Please contact customerservice@feridax.com who will be more than happy to assist you.

If your product is neither faulty nor defective, you can still return it to us, however, a £4.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Once processed refunds will enter your account within 5-10 working days. Keep in mind the item will need to be UNUSED, not damaged or defective and returned within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and in original condition including packaging. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging.

Please be aware, items returned that are found to be damaged due to Buyer’s fault will mean you would become liable for the cost of remedying such damage and the associated carriage cost.
