The WEATHER COVER offers additional shock resistance and protects your device from rain and dirt. The Phone Case is slim, protective, and functional, providing full access to all ports and buttons. Its 3-layer construction ensures ultimate safeguarding and allows for convenient wireless charging. The Weather Cover adds an extra layer of shock resistance and protects against environmental factors. The Moto Mount Pro is made from aircraft-grade aluminum and rotates 360° for versatile use in portrait or landscape mode on standard and oversize handlebars. Stainless steel hardware increases durability. For smartphones with mechanical image stabilization, the Anti Vibration Module is recommended to minimize damage from motorcycle vibrations. Some screen protectors or gloves may hinder touch screen usability when in use.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Returns
If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong! Goods that are defective or damaged will have be reported to Big Bike Book within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging. There should already be a DHL returns slip in with your order, However, If there isn't Please contact customerservice@feridax.com who will be more than happy to assist you.
If your product is neither faulty nor defective, you can still return it to us, however, a £4.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Once processed refunds will enter your account within 5-10 working days. Keep in mind the item will need to be UNUSED, not damaged or defective and returned within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and in original condition including packaging. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging.
Please be aware, items returned that are found to be damaged due to Buyer’s fault will mean you would become liable for the cost of remedying such damage and the associated carriage cost.
