Convenient voice commands allow you to control the SRL-EXT’s system functions, such as answering the phone or starting up a Group Mesh session. The SRL-EXT supports voice commands in eight languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian!
Looking for a bite to eat? “Hey Google, directions to the nearest sandwich shop.” The SRL-EXT easily connects to Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri with a simple voice command allowing you to tap into the power of your smartphone’s features, including GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing, plus a variety of other digital assistant features.
MESH & BLUETOOTH® INTERCOM
The SRL-EXT offers both Mesh Intercom™ and traditional 4-way Bluetooth® intercom, allowing for compatibility with any Sena or Sena-powered device. Sena’s industry-leading Mesh Intercom™ communication platform has two modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™ (Open Mesh) and Group Mesh Intercom™.
Open Mesh offers a single push of a button to click-to-connect to the Mesh Intercom™ network and features the industry’s first Mesh Intercom™ channel system. Like standard handheld or CB radios, Open Mesh lets users switch between nine channels. It also supports a near-limitless number of users within a range of up to 5 miles / 8 km (min. 6 riders @ 1 mi / 1.6 km intervals).
Group Mesh supports a single, private group for up to 24 participants and the same range as Open Mesh for a more intimate group conversation. Only invited users can join the Group Mesh chat. Open Mesh and Group Mesh provide unprecedented intercom audio quality and robust connectivity.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Returns
If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong! Goods that are defective or damaged will have be reported to Big Bike Book within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging. There should already be a DHL returns slip in with your order, However, If there isn't Please contact customerservice@feridax.com who will be more than happy to assist you.
If your product is neither faulty nor defective, you can still return it to us, however, a £4.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Once processed refunds will enter your account within 5-10 working days. Keep in mind the item will need to be UNUSED, not damaged or defective and returned within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and in original condition including packaging. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging.
Please be aware, items returned that are found to be damaged due to Buyer’s fault will mean you would become liable for the cost of remedying such damage and the associated carriage cost.
